ABSTRACT 

This paper outlines project success factors of construction projects in Hochiminh City and maybe in the whole country. The significance and latent relationships of the factors are researched in this paper. 

From the research, project success factors can be grouped into four categories. They are: (1) comfort, (2) competence, (3) commitment, and (4) communication. These categories are titled the four COMs in 

Long et al. (2003).
